Dear Friends please beware of such cheaters........
I, N Anil Kumar has been contacted by Mr. Ashish Agarwal on 17/11/2011 (A/N) regarding the package of 7N/8Days of 6999/-,I stressed him regarding the booking in December from 23rd onwards and any other charges to be paid by me other than this 6999/- he trustfully said to me your booking is possible and no other charges other than 6999/-,Finally I purchased the package on 19/11/2011,My transaction ID:10251638.From there onwards Ashish Agarwal disappeared he is not attending my call .I received the Kit on 30/11/2011,after reading the terms and conditions in the brochure it was mentioned From Dec 20th to 7th Jan booking will not be possible and an amount of 750/- DD I have to pay while booking .which are miscommitments made with me by Mr. Ashish Agarwal for booking the package. I tried to contact customer care so many times but not connected and Mr.Ashish Agarwal not attending my call, I wrote to support@hellotravel.com for refund on 30/11/11, they replied to me on 1/12/11 mentioning offer is non cancellable, though it was mentioned in terms and conditions that customer can ask for refund within 20days from the date of purchase of package. I mentioned the same in the reply message; they replied me saying what miscommitments were made to you. I replied with problem on 01/12/11.
From then onwards I did not get any reply from your side, I again mailed to you regarding it on 03/12/11, still I did not get any reply, and I contacted to help line no. 0120- 6722100 finally it was connected,they disconnected my phone somany times,I tried and tried finally she told that I am forwarding it to sales department you will get reply in 24 hrs but I did not get any reply till now from your side, Again I contacted you on 9/12/11.to help line number you said I will get reply on Monday 12/12/11, I did not get any reply.
Meanwhile I was contacted by your employees from their personal no.+917838678621 on 10/12/11 at 19:36hrs (saying Ashish Agarwal who was miscommited with me while purchasing the package) and given other personal no. 09212176338 (saying it’s my personal no. call me after 9 p.m)when I contacted to the No. 09212176338 Other person lifted the phone it’s not Ashish,he asked me to tell the problem I am his colleague(Manager),when I told all the problem he misbehaved with me in impolite language, and he threatened me you would not get refund you can do whatever you want.
This is worst service I have ever seen from a company, a person follows behind us (politely) till purchase of the offer or package by mis commitments with the customers after that behaving like this, not responding properly and threatening customers from their employees.
After this Customer care person phoned me and send the e mail reply "
Please return us the package (the booklet and gift if any) at the below mentioned address and send us the scanned copy of the POD / Courier slip.
Your refund is processed under the order Id:-222222505"
I have returned the kit what ever i have received by DTDC courier tracking No.k51367693 on 14/12/11,It was showing Delivered.I have emailed to customer care with scanned copy of courier slip.,on 14/12/11.
Till Now I did not received my money as they have told money will be refunded within 10 to 15 days.When I call to customer care on 03/1/12, they are not responding properly and saying give us 24 hrs,again after 24 hrs(on 04/1/12) when I called other person Mr.Rakesh attended my call and he again told the same story I am forwarding your application give me 48 hrs time,there is no reply till now,This is a Very Bad Behavior from your side,There is no trust and there is no polite behavior from any one from this company either from sales department side and customer care side.
If this is the condition of this company think how will their offers will be.......
Therefore it is my humble request that to bring justice to me and to protect other innocent people from falling into this dupe company. I am sure that if a deep investigation is made then, there must be others like me who have probably been cheated as well and the whole fraud will be unearthed and the offencers will be booked to justice. In times when the entire nation is demanding for a corruption free india, fraudulent business dealing of these dishonest people and shady companies is blotmark on our society
